Pure polyester powder coatings have excellent UV resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance,And has passed the natural exposure test in Florida for 2 years.This product is mainly used for surface protection and decoration of metal products with high weatherability requirements.In addition, it can also be used for the protection and decoration of metal products with high heat resistance requirements.

For example, outdoor beach chairs, park chairs, air conditioners, bicycles, automotive components, aluminum profiles. Outdoor products such as sports equipment.

Product Series:

We can provide products with high gloss (above 86 degrees), flat gloss (50-85 degrees), and matte gloss (6-49 degrees), or we can customize the gloss according to customers.

Specific gravity: 1.4-1.8/cm ³ (Due to different colors and types)

Particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 μ M (can be adjusted according to special coating requirements)

Coverage: about 9 square metre/kg, film thickness 60 μ M (flat coating, calculated at 100% utilization rate)

The minimum order is 500kgs ,each color ≥ 100kgs

2.Colors:
RAL color: We usually use RAL colors that is widely used in paint industry and easily find in market.
Custom color: Color matching is available, if you have colors panel, please send to us for matching.

3.Prices:
Prices depend on the colors and using environment , please tell us the colors and using
environment (indoor use or outdoor use).

4.Time of delivery :
Production will take about 5-8 days after receipt of prepayment, it depends on the quantity.

5.Payment :
30% T/T prepayment , 70% T/T before shipment (or against BL)  or LC at sight .
 
6.Samples:
1kg powder sample is available for each color for your testing.
